Before and After School Programs
Extended Care is offered for both the morning and afternoon. Extended Care provides a safe and nurturing environment with fun activities specially designed for our students. The program is structured to address the interests and development levels of Pre-Primary thru 8th grade students.
Before Care is a quiet time to read a book, play a game, or socialize with friends before the school day begins. Before-Care begins at 7:00am and continues until morning classroom arrival time.
Students are welcome to remain for After Care until their parents get off work or for any family or scheduling obligations. After Care begins at the end of dismissal time until 6:00pm. Extended Care is affordably priced and can be used as much or as little as necessary.
For more information, please review the Extended Care Programs & Policies Guide.
For pricing and enrollment, please review the 2015-2016 Extended Care Plan found on the ‘My CDS’ page.
Students in 6th-8th grades have use of a daily Study Hall from 3:45-4:30pm. This is a quiet, independent work time for students with a teacher advisor. Participation in Study Hall is free of charge to Middle School families in good standing. It is a privilege; therefore, appropriate study behavior is mandatory.
