Welcome from the Room Parents
As a new school year begins, we are happy to welcome back returning class members and are eager to embrace new families and teachers. Once again, we will work as a Lower Elementary Room Parent Team with goals of establishing a strong class community and maintaining open communication. The Room Parents duties will include organizing class parties, arranging for weekly snack and flower donations, organizing daily lunch volunteers, and both assisting and celebrating our team of teachers.
We will strive to foster the “community” within our fantastic group this year. We encourage parents to participate in planned activities and also welcome new ideas that could promote this sense of community. Parents will be excited to know that, once again, “Friends of Country Day” is contributing $500 to each class to be used for parties and celebrations. This eliminates the request for the “per family” contributions for the school year! We will also continue to provide the Lower Elementary classes with daily snack and weekly flower donations. This not only encourages healthy eating choices, but gives a wonderful sense of pride to the students. Complete the

As our children embark on a new year at school, we hope to support them in creating lasting friendships, fond memories, and a lifelong sense of community!
