Camp Registration
Register your camper for the grade they will be entering in the fall of 2010 Availability is on a first come basis. Our gift to you: a camp t-shirt upon registration! ( while supplies last.)
Grades 1 - 8: Each camper must submit a Registration & Health History Form, a Session Sign-Up Form for their appropriate age group and a Swim Survey. Horse Campers must also fill out a Riding Release.
Age 3 - Kindergarten: Each camper must submit a Registration & Health History Form (notarized), a Session Sign-Up, a Swim Survey and a Certificate of Immunization and Cert. of Health from your child’s doctor. Campers participating in the weekly pony rides must also submit a Riding Release.
The Littlest Campers (age 2 - 3): Each camper must submit a Registration & Health History Form (notarized), a Session Sign-Up Sheet, a Certificate of Immunization and a Certificate of Health from your child’s doctor. Campers participating in the weekly pony rides must also submit a Riding Release.
All camp fees are due at registration. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and personal checks are accepted. A $30 NSF fee is charged for all returned checks. All fees due must be up-to-date and your account in good standing for your child to attend camp.
DISCOUNTS
Country Day Students who are enrolled for the 2010/2011 school year are eligible for the following discounts on camp fees:
- 10% if registered and paid in full by April 1, 2010
- 5% if registered and paid in full by May 3, 2010
All Campers-When registering for:
- 4 camps per camper, deduct $50
- 7 camps per camper, deduct $100
- 10 camps per camper, deduct $150
Discount does not transfer between siblings
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
All refunds are subject to a $25 dollar office fee.

To receive a full refund, (less the $25 office fee) cancellation must be made two weeks before the start date of camp. Your refund will be mailed to you.

Cancellation within 14 days to 7 days before the start day of camp will receive a 50% refund (less the $25 office fee). Your refund will be mailed to you.

All cancellations made 6 days prior or less will not be refunded.
Campers may transfer to a different week at no additional charge.

The Camps List have the appropriate links for the forms required for each camp. Please visit Camp Forms for all forms. Forms MUST be turned into the office prior to the first day of camp. Notary service is available at school for your convenience.
