The Friends of Country Day holds monthly board meetings the first Wednesday of every month (usually at 3:30 PM). These meetings are attended by all board members and room representatives and are open to all parents. Topics of discussion usually are focused on upcoming school events. The meetings are typically in Cottage 2 but stop by the front office prior to the meeting to find out the location.
Three general meetings are held during the school year. These meetings are usually held in the school forum with refreshments and a guest speaker.
On Saturday, February 20, 2010, The Friends of Country Day Organization held their annual "An Evening with Friends" auction and winter social at the Belleair Country Club. The theme for the evening was "A Taste of Florida" and the food was just amazing! Auctioned off that evening were crafts and artwork by the students of Country Day as well as a wide array of items and services donated by area businesses. Proceeds from this event will be utilized to directly benefit the Country Day School community. Stay tuned for more upcoming events.
